泰安聯(lián)通員工培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:由于信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,以在線學(xué)習(xí)為核心的員工培訓(xùn)管理信息系統(tǒng)的建立成為近年來各國企業(yè)提高人力資源管理能力和水平的重要組成部分。在此過程中,大量企業(yè)都面臨著如何能夠?qū)⑷肆Y源培訓(xùn)移植到在線平臺當(dāng)中的問題,通過先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用來為企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)、人力資源管理以及企業(yè)整體運營的提升,這既是目前各個企業(yè)急切的需求也是員工培訓(xùn)的關(guān)鍵意義所在。本文討論的泰安聯(lián)通員工培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),能夠為泰安聯(lián)通公司員工培訓(xùn)提供全方位、全周期的信息管理服務(wù),通過部署并實施該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)T工在各個培訓(xùn)科目中的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容、學(xué)習(xí)成績等信息進(jìn)行管理操作,在該系統(tǒng)中可以完成在線培訓(xùn)、在線考試等業(yè)務(wù)需求。本文按照軟件生命周期原則設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了泰安聯(lián)通員工培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),按照功能系統(tǒng)共分為八個功能模塊,包括:培訓(xùn)管理模塊、在線課程模塊、在線考試模塊、實驗?zāi)K、積分管理模塊、統(tǒng)計報表模塊、知識共享庫模塊和系統(tǒng)管理模塊。系統(tǒng)采用的開發(fā)模式為瀏覽器/服務(wù)器架構(gòu),所采用的系統(tǒng)平臺采用Windows系統(tǒng),服務(wù)器端則采用ASP.NET、SQLServer,ⅡS分別作為服務(wù)器端的腳本語言、數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)站服務(wù)器,客戶端采用的是HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript、JQuery和Ajax技術(shù)。系統(tǒng)整體設(shè)計采用的是模型-視圖-控制模式,在此過程中采用了面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計思想,并提出來了由用戶層、數(shù)據(jù)交互層、服務(wù)層和數(shù)據(jù)層組成的4層系統(tǒng)體系架構(gòu)。通過泰安聯(lián)通員工培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)可以進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)泰安聯(lián)通公司的人力資源管理環(huán)境,逐漸提高員工的工作能力、水平和質(zhì)量,實現(xiàn)員工培訓(xùn)流程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和模式化,形成整合的員工培訓(xùn)方式和流程,對員工的個人信息、培訓(xùn)、學(xué)習(xí)等信息進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理。這不但可以滿足員工學(xué)習(xí)的需求,也適應(yīng)企業(yè)信息化的需要,最終實現(xiàn)員工信息的共享以及工作能力的提升。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid development of information technology, the establishment of employee training management information system with online learning as the core has become an important part of improving the human resource management ability and level of enterprises in recent years. In this process, a large number of enterprises are faced with the problem of how to transplant human resources training to the online platform.
