茶文化在企業(yè)人力資源管理中的運(yùn)用

【摘要】:眾所周知,人力資源管理是企業(yè)管理的重要組成部分,故而對(duì)于企業(yè)公司而言,它至關(guān)重要。當(dāng)然,通過(guò)選擇合適的文化元素,詮釋具體的文化理念,在豐富員工素質(zhì)觀念的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)人力資源管理活動(dòng)的有效實(shí)施,亦是非常必要。本文主要對(duì)現(xiàn)階段的企業(yè)人力資源管理中存在的問(wèn)題以及不足進(jìn)行分析,而后對(duì)企業(yè)人力資源活動(dòng)開(kāi)展提出具體要求,接著詮釋了茶文化元素內(nèi)涵,最后將茶文化的元素融入到企業(yè)的人力資源管理之中展開(kāi)論述。
[Abstract]:As we all know, human resource management is an important part of enterprise management. Of course, it is necessary to realize the effective implementation of human resource management activities on the basis of enriching the concept of staff quality by choosing the appropriate cultural elements and interpreting specific cultural concepts. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in the enterprise human resource management at the present stage, then puts forward specific requirements for the development of enterprise human resources activities, and then explains the connotation of tea culture elements. Finally, the elements of tea culture into the enterprise human resources management to discuss.
