試論人才測(cè)評(píng)在事業(yè)單位人力資源管理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:對(duì)于事業(yè)單位來講,人是其中最為活躍的因素,同時(shí)也是決定事業(yè)單位發(fā)展的重要因素,而為了發(fā)揮人力資源的重要作用,必須科學(xué)合理的對(duì)人才進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng),一旦忽略了這一點(diǎn),將會(huì)導(dǎo)致事業(yè)單位中暗箱操作現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)生,進(jìn)而阻礙事業(yè)單位的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)健康與可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。人力資源管理的方式有很多,其中,人才測(cè)評(píng)近年來得到了普遍的應(yīng)用和大范圍的推廣,而實(shí)際情況也表明,這種人力資源管理方式對(duì)于發(fā)揮人才的重要作用發(fā)揮了巨大的作用。筆者在文中對(duì)人才測(cè)評(píng)在事業(yè)單位人力資源管理中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行細(xì)致的分析和全面的探究,希望對(duì)讀者產(chǎn)生或多或少的借鑒意義與參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:For institutions, people are the most active factor among them, and they are also important factors in determining the development of institutions. In order to play an important role in human resources, it is necessary to scientifically and reasonably evaluate and evaluate talents. Once this point is ignored, it will lead to the emergence and occurrence of dark box operation in institutions, which will hinder the long-term health and sustainable development of institutions. There are many ways of human resource management, among which, talent evaluation has been widely used and widely promoted in recent years, and the actual situation also shows that, This kind of human resource management mode has played a huge role in exerting the important role of talents. In this paper, the author makes a detailed analysis and comprehensive exploration on the application of talent evaluation in human resource management of institutions, hoping to produce more or less reference significance and reference value for readers.
