【摘要】：發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家企業(yè)的信息化投資遠(yuǎn)高于國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè),已達(dá)到其年銷(xiāo)售額的4%~5%,然而國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的投入比例還不到1%,信息化建設(shè)任務(wù)任重道遠(yuǎn)。而中國(guó)企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的短板主要集中在資源型企業(yè)。如何提高資源型企業(yè)的信息化水平?資源型企業(yè)信息化績(jī)效會(huì)受哪些因素的影響?文章在文獻(xiàn)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,建立相應(yīng)指標(biāo)體系,通過(guò)對(duì)350家企業(yè)的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)展開(kāi)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:對(duì)資源型企業(yè)信息化績(jī)效具有顯著正向影響的因素主要有信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和信息化人力資源。基于研究結(jié)果,本文提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The informationization investment of the developed country enterprises is far higher than that of the domestic enterprises, and has reached 4% of its annual sales volume. However, the proportion of the domestic enterprises' investment is still less than 1%, so the task of informatization construction is long way. And the short board of Chinese enterprise information construction mainly concentrates in resource-based enterprise. How to improve the information level of resource-based enterprises? What factors will affect the informatization performance of resource-based enterprises? On the basis of literature review, this paper establishes the corresponding index system and studies the questionnaire data of 350 enterprises. The results show that the main factors that have a significant positive impact on the informatization performance of resource-based enterprises are informatization leadership and informatization human resources. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
