【摘要】：鐵路供電管理面臨著鐵路裝備更新?lián)Q代帶來(lái)的老舊技術(shù)設(shè)備淘汰、掌握新技術(shù)、新工藝的一線人才短缺的局面,面對(duì)困難和挑戰(zhàn),太原鐵路局通過(guò)優(yōu)化作業(yè)流程,實(shí)施兼職并崗、整合生產(chǎn)資源等措施,在推進(jìn)供電系統(tǒng)勞動(dòng)組織改革、促進(jìn)人力資源優(yōu)化配置方面進(jìn)行了積極嘗試和探索,取得了良好的生產(chǎn)效益。
[Abstract]:The management of railway power supply is faced with the shortage of old and old technology and equipment brought about by the upgrading of railway equipment, and the shortage of personnel in the front line of mastering new technology and new technology. In the face of difficulties and challenges, Taiyuan Railway Bureau optimizes the operation flow. By carrying out the measures of combining part-time jobs and integrating production resources, it has made positive attempts and explorations in promoting the reform of the labor organization of power supply system and promoting the optimal allocation of human resources, and has obtained good production benefits.
