【摘要】：正在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的背景下,河北要實(shí)現(xiàn)"創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、綠色崛起",必須創(chuàng)新引智方式,與京津人才"互動式"對接;構(gòu)建服務(wù)體系,與京津人才"互助式"對接;健全體制機(jī)制,與京津人才"互補(bǔ)式";搭建創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺,與京津人才"互促式"對接。河北要實(shí)現(xiàn)"創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、綠色崛起",迫切需要抓住京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展機(jī)遇,樹立開放觀念,廣泛引用京津人才和智力,
[Abstract]:Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, in order to realize the "innovation drive and green rise", Hebei must innovate the way of attracting wisdom, connect with the talents of Beijing, Tianjin and Tianjin, construct the service system, and connect with the talents of Beijing and Tianjin. Perfect the system and mechanism, complement the Beijing and Tianjin talents, and build the platform of starting a business, and connect with the Beijing and Tianjin talents.
