基于碩士研究生期望的導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究
[Abstract]:Graduate tutor system is a basic system in the process of graduate education, and plays an important role in graduate education. As a direct participant in graduate education, tutors are responsible for the study, life and research activities of postgraduates from the beginning of graduate enrollment, which has a great influence on the thought, academic level and scientific research ability of graduate students. Therefore, understanding the expectation of master students (hereinafter referred to as "master students") and building a tutor team based on the expectations of master students can not only meet the psychological and self-development needs of master students, but also meet the needs of academic guidance and teaching for masters students. It can also make the expectation of the master students to become the external constraint condition of the tutor, which plays an important role in improving the teacher's own quality, ensuring the guidance effect of the tutor and the improvement of the master's graduate student's training quality. This research includes the introduction part and the main part. The introduction is divided into six aspects: the origin of the topic, literature review, research design, research significance, innovation and concept definition. The main part is composed of the following four parts: first, this study is based on the theory of role expectation, the theory of hierarchy of needs, the theory of teacher human resources, and the quality of graduate education and the development of graduate students themselves. The effective guidance of tutors and the sustainable development of graduate education are discussed in this paper, and the significance of building tutors team based on the expectation of postgraduates is expounded. Second, after confirming the research idea, this research adopts the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview, case analysis and so on, to carry on the investigation to different majors and different grade master students of BH University. According to the results of the survey, the author analyzed the expectation of the master students in five dimensions: basic condition, academic aspect, teaching aspect, learning guidance and other aspects, and then compared the statistical results with the actual situation. Thirdly, through the comparative analysis between "reality" and "expectation", this paper summarizes the representation of the differences between the two, and excavates the causes of these differences. Fourthly, according to the difference between "reality" and "expectation" and its causes, from the basic principles that should be followed in the construction of tutor team, the institution of tutor team construction should be perfected in colleges and universities. The tutors should understand the expectation of the postgraduates and put forward some feasible measures to build the high quality tutors in order to clarify the problems of the construction of the tutors based on the expectation of the postgraduates.
