【摘要】：[目的 /意義]隨著農(nóng)村信息化建設(shè)的推進,傳統(tǒng)模式的農(nóng)家書屋已經(jīng)不能滿足廣大農(nóng)民群眾的閱讀需求,農(nóng)家書屋信息化建設(shè)已刻不容緩,只有走信息化道路才是推動農(nóng)家書屋的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展方向和價值增長極。[方法/過程]結(jié)合目前遼寧省農(nóng)家書屋的運行狀況和信息化建設(shè)進程,提出實現(xiàn)農(nóng)家書屋信息化必須以建立政策體系、打造資金鏈條、建設(shè)技術(shù)團隊、籌劃人力體系和統(tǒng)籌數(shù)字資源等為抓手,才能保障農(nóng)家書屋信息化建設(shè)的實施與穩(wěn)步推進。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]農(nóng)家書屋信息化建設(shè)需要相關(guān)政策保駕護航,需要政府乃至全社會支持,更需要掌握信息技術(shù)的人力資源。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] with the promotion of rural informatization construction, the traditional mode of farm book house can not meet the reading needs of the masses of farmers. The informatization construction of the farm book house has been urgent. Only taking the information road is the trend of promoting the innovation and development of the farm book house and the increase of the value. [method / process] combined with the present Liaoning Province In order to ensure the implementation and steady advancement of the informatization construction of the farmhouse bookstore, it is necessary to establish the policy system, build the chain of funds, build a technical team, plan the manpower system and coordinate the digital resources, so as to ensure the implementation and steady advancement of the informatization construction of the farmhouse Bookhouse. The construction of interest and related policies needs to be escorted, which needs the support of the government and even the whole society, and the need to grasp the human resources of information technology.
