【摘要】：我國(guó)小微企業(yè)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中受制于在技術(shù)、人才、管理等關(guān)鍵因素方面積累不足,生存發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)面臨困境。為此,高校繼續(xù)教育要以提升小微企業(yè)發(fā)展和服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)為立足點(diǎn),以促進(jìn)小微企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和"專精特新"發(fā)展為目標(biāo),通過(guò)搭建校地企合作培養(yǎng)平臺(tái),創(chuàng)新學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育培養(yǎng)模式,提供多種層次和多形式的非學(xué)歷教育等路徑,充分發(fā)揮高校繼續(xù)教育的服務(wù)性內(nèi)涵,服務(wù)小微企業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the process of development, the small and micro enterprises in our country are restricted by the accumulation of the key factors, such as technology, talent, management and so on, so they face difficulties in survival, development, transformation and upgrading. Therefore, continuing education in colleges and universities should aim at promoting the development of small and micro enterprises and serving the local economy, promoting the transformation and upgrading of small and micro enterprises and the development of "specialty and special new", and setting up a cooperative training platform for schools, land, and enterprises. By innovating the mode of continuing education of academic qualifications and providing various levels and forms of non-academic education, we can give full play to the service connotation of continuing education in colleges and universities and serve the development of small and micro enterprises.
