當(dāng)代大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀現(xiàn)狀與教育對策研究

【摘要】:高校畢業(yè)生作為我們國家寶貴的人力資源,其就業(yè)問題關(guān)系到個人、家庭和社會等多個方面。職業(yè)價值觀是影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)的重要因素,它對大學(xué)生的職業(yè)選擇行為有著重要的指導(dǎo)和調(diào)節(jié)作用。社會環(huán)境的不斷變化、家庭期待和學(xué)校教育對大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀產(chǎn)生了重要影響,大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀的變化不僅影響自身的職業(yè)選擇,更關(guān)系著社會的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步。因此,針對現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀存在的問題,研究職業(yè)價值觀的發(fā)展和變化,從分析影響大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀的因素入手來研究富有針對性和實效性的教育對策,采取切實可行的措施來幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的職業(yè)價值觀,對于促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)難題的解決、高校思想政治教育工作登上一個新臺階具有重要意義。本文主要用三個部分來闡述當(dāng)代大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育的相關(guān)問題。第一部分是對于大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀內(nèi)涵、特點和內(nèi)容的研究。首先在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從價值觀、職業(yè)價值觀、大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀三個層次來界定當(dāng)代大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀的內(nèi)涵。然后結(jié)合當(dāng)代大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀的實際情況,將大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀的特點概括為多元性、可塑性、社會性和差異性四個方面。最后從職業(yè)認(rèn)知、職業(yè)動機、職業(yè)理想、職業(yè)評價和大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)意識五個方面論述了大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀的主要內(nèi)容。第二部分主要研究了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀現(xiàn)狀,主要包括大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀的積極表現(xiàn)和存在的主要問題以及問題的成因。首先分析了調(diào)查問卷的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),介紹了現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)生在職業(yè)認(rèn)知、職業(yè)動機、職業(yè)理想、職業(yè)評價、自主創(chuàng)業(yè)意識五個方面的發(fā)展趨勢。一方面,大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀在多個方面具有積極表現(xiàn),比如職業(yè)取向多元化、職業(yè)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)傾向務(wù)實、職業(yè)選擇自我意識提高。另一方面,大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀仍存在不少問題,主要有職業(yè)價值取向過分強調(diào)自我價值、職業(yè)價值目標(biāo)的短期化、職業(yè)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的功利化、職業(yè)選擇行為的矛盾化和復(fù)雜化。最后分別從大學(xué)生自我認(rèn)知不全面、學(xué)校教育課程單一、家庭教育忽視個性化、社會環(huán)境復(fù)雜多樣四個方面探討了造成當(dāng)代大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀存在問題的原因。第三部分在分析大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀存在問題及原因的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了加強當(dāng)代大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育的相關(guān)對策。首先是要發(fā)揮大學(xué)生在職業(yè)價值觀教育上的主體性作用,大學(xué)生不僅要提升自己的職業(yè)能力,而且樹立正確的就業(yè)觀念。其次要重視學(xué)校在大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育上的主導(dǎo)作用,包括發(fā)揮思想政治教育的引導(dǎo)作用、創(chuàng)新學(xué)校職業(yè)價值觀教育形式和豐富學(xué)校職業(yè)價值觀教育內(nèi)容三個方面。再次要明確家庭在大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育上的基礎(chǔ)作用,要求家長既要更新教育觀念又要提高教育能力。最后要加強社會在大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育上的保障作用,一方面要打造大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育的制度環(huán)境,另一方面要營造大學(xué)生職業(yè)價值觀教育的文化氛圍。
[Abstract]:As a valuable human resource in our country, the employment problem of college graduates is related to many aspects, such as individual, family and society. The professional values are the important factors that affect the employment of college students. It has an important guiding and regulating role on the behavior of College Students' career choice. Education has an important impact on the vocational values of college students. The change of vocational values of college students not only affects their own career choices, but also related to the development and progress of the society. Therefore, in view of the existing problems of the vocational values of college students at the present stage, the development and change of vocational values are studied and the occupational values of college students are influenced by the analysis. It is of great significance to take practical measures to help college students to set up correct vocational values. It is of great significance to solve the problem of College Students' employment. The work of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is of great significance. This paper mainly uses three parts to explain the present age. The first part is the research on the connotation, characteristics and content of the vocational values of college students. First, on the basis of theoretical analysis, it defines the connotation of the contemporary college students' vocational values from three levels of values, vocational values and college students' professional values. Then, it combines the Contemporary College students with the contemporary college students. The actual situation of vocational values, the characteristics of College Students' occupational values are summed up in four aspects: pluralism, plasticity, sociality and difference. Finally, the main contents of the vocational values are discussed from five aspects: professional cognition, Occupational Motivation, career ideal, career evaluation and self-awareness of college students. Second parts are the main contents. This paper studies the present situation of the vocational values of the contemporary college students, mainly including the positive performance of the vocational values and the main problems and the causes of the problems. First, it analyzes the related data of the questionnaire, and introduces the five aspects of the present stage of College Students' professional cognition, career motivation, vocational ideal, career evaluation and independent entrepreneurial consciousness. On the one hand, the vocational values of college students have positive performance in many aspects, such as the diversification of vocational orientation, the tendency of professional evaluation and the improvement of professional self consciousness. On the other hand, there are still many problems in the vocational values of college students. The short term of the target, the utilitarianism of the professional evaluation standard, the contradiction and complexity of the career choice behavior. Finally, the reasons for the problems of the vocational values of the contemporary college students are discussed from four aspects of the college students' lack of self-awareness, the single school education curriculum, the neglect of the individualization of family education and the complex and diverse social environment. The three part, based on the analysis of the existing problems and reasons for the vocational values of college students, expounds the relevant countermeasures to strengthen the vocational values education of contemporary college students. The first is to give full play to the main role of the college students in the vocational values education, and the college students should not only improve their professional ability, but also set up a correct employment concept. Second, we should attach importance to the leading role of the school in the vocational values education of college students, including the guiding role of Ideological and political education, the innovation of the educational form of vocational values and the content of vocational values in schools in three aspects. In the end, we should strengthen the social security role in the vocational values education of college students. On the one hand, we should create a system environment for the education of vocational values for college students, and on the other hand, we should create a cultural atmosphere for the education of vocational values of college students.
