【摘要】：目的了解某縣基層預防接種單位人力資源狀況。方法采用分階段抽樣的方法抽取14個鄉(xiāng),然后在不同的接種形式中抽取村級接種單位,對預防接種相關(guān)人員進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果共調(diào)查128人,男女比例為2.6:1,其中村級預防接種人員102人,占79.7%,鄉(xiāng)級預防接種人員26人,占20.3%,總兼職率為81.3%,無預防接種資格人員占21.9%,高中、中專及以下學歷構(gòu)成比最高,占75.8%,有相關(guān)醫(yī)學背景的占89.8%,工作年限以5~9年最多,年齡以40~49歲組的人數(shù)最多,占34.4%。結(jié)論某縣預防接種人員配置不足、不合理,應加快補充相應的人力。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the human resource status of primary vaccination units in a county. Methods 14 villages were sampled by stage sampling method, and then village level inoculation units were selected from different inoculation forms. Results A total of 128 people were investigated, the ratio of male and female was 2.6: 1, of which 102 were village vaccinators (79.7g), 26 were township vaccinators (20.3cm), the total part-time work rate was 81.3%, and the proportion of non-qualified persons was 21.9%. The ratio of educational background in high school, technical secondary school and below was the highest. 75.8%, 89.8% had relevant medical background, 5 ~ 9 years of working life was the most, and 40 ~ 49 years old group had the largest number of people (34.44%). Conclusion the allocation of preventive inoculation personnel in a county is insufficient and unreasonable, so it is necessary to speed up the replacement of manpower.
