【摘要】：采用Lorenz曲線和Gini系數(shù),對(duì)上海市精神衛(wèi)生資源配置的公平性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果顯示,上海市精神衛(wèi)生資源按人口、地理面積配置總體處于不公平狀態(tài),按人口配置的公平性優(yōu)于按地理面積配置的公平性。因此建議上海市在未來資源配置過程中兼顧服務(wù)人口和面積,提高資源配置公平性。
[Abstract]:The Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were used to analyze the equity of mental health resource allocation in Shanghai. The results showed that the allocation of mental health resources according to population and geographical area in Shanghai was generally unfair, and the fairness of allocation by population was better than that by geographical area. Therefore, it is suggested that Shanghai should take into account the population and area of service and improve the fairness of resource allocation in the process of resource allocation in the future.
