【摘要】：在全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入“新常態(tài)”的這個(gè)時(shí)期,在面臨著嚴(yán)峻激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的大環(huán)境下,吉林市杰徽建筑裝飾有限公司應(yīng)該如何根據(jù)外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境來(lái)進(jìn)行正確的戰(zhàn)略選擇,并提出明確的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),從而提升公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和抵御風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力,這是本文研究的重中之重。一般來(lái)講,公司的戰(zhàn)略選擇應(yīng)該是建立在公司的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境之上,因此,本文首先將對(duì)吉林市杰徽建筑裝飾有限公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行闡述;其次,對(duì)吉林市杰徽建筑裝飾有限公司外部發(fā)展環(huán)境當(dāng)中的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、技術(shù)等環(huán)境以及內(nèi)部資源環(huán)境當(dāng)中的人力資源、財(cái)務(wù)資源、技術(shù)資源和管理資源進(jìn)行總結(jié);再次,采用SWOT分析法對(duì)公司外部環(huán)境所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅與內(nèi)部環(huán)境所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析;最終,為吉林市杰徽建筑裝飾有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的選擇奠定基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)對(duì)吉林市杰徽建筑裝飾有限公司的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行的分析,從而對(duì)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析及選擇:首先,規(guī)劃出適合吉林市杰徽建筑裝飾有限公司未來(lái)的發(fā)展目標(biāo);其次,針對(duì)目標(biāo)為公司制訂出與之互相匹配的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,再依據(jù)這些戰(zhàn)略,為公司選擇出最主要的戰(zhàn)略——成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略;再次,根據(jù)公司現(xiàn)狀制訂出公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的方法;最后,需要明確公司為了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施應(yīng)該做出的調(diào)整及措施,以確保公司實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),在行業(yè)內(nèi)發(fā)展壯大。公司在未來(lái)發(fā)展中的目標(biāo)是:在吉林市區(qū)域內(nèi),以晉升建筑安裝工程總承包二級(jí)資質(zhì)為契機(jī),以做大做強(qiáng)規(guī)模為支撐,抓住轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的主線(xiàn),調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式,深化公司現(xiàn)有三個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè),增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的危機(jī)感和緊迫感,進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展增產(chǎn)節(jié)約、增收節(jié)支的活動(dòng),樹(shù)立過(guò)緊日子的思想,將拓展市場(chǎng)當(dāng)作主導(dǎo),將創(chuàng)新管理當(dāng)作根本,將技術(shù)發(fā)展當(dāng)作核心,將企業(yè)文化當(dāng)作靈魂,抓住任何一個(gè)可能的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),立足實(shí)際,主動(dòng)作為,實(shí)現(xiàn)吉林市杰徽建筑裝飾有限公司的持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng),以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展。最終,通過(guò)綜合的分析,吉林市杰徽建筑裝飾有限公司將會(huì)以成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略為基礎(chǔ),以樹(shù)立公司獨(dú)有品牌、產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的形象為方法,以組建戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴為支持,從而在市場(chǎng)中找到自己的一席之地,使公司發(fā)展得更加強(qiáng)大。
[Abstract]:At this time when the national economy is entering the "new normal", in the face of severe and fierce market competition, Jilin City Jie Hui Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd. should make a correct strategic choice according to the external and internal environment. And put forward a clear development strategy goal, so as to enhance the company's competitive advantage and the ability to resist risks, which is the most important research in this paper. Generally speaking, the strategic choice of the company should be based on the external and internal environment of the company. Summarize the political, economic, social, technological and human resources, financial resources, technical resources and management resources in the external development environment of Jilin Jiexi Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd. This paper analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by the company's external environment and the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment by using the SWOT analysis method. Finally, it lays a foundation for the selection of the development strategy of Jilin Jiehui Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of Jilin Jie Hui Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd., the development strategy of the company is analyzed and selected: first, plan out the future development goals of Jilin Jie Hui Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd. Secondly, aiming at the objectives of the company to develop a matching development strategy, and then based on these strategies, select the most important strategy for the company-cost leading strategy; again, Finally, it is necessary to make clear the adjustment and measures that the company should make for the implementation of the strategy, in order to ensure that the company realizes the strategic goal and develops in the industry. The aim of the company in the future development is: in Jilin City, to promote the secondary qualification of general contracting of construction and installation project as an opportunity, to strengthen the scale as the support, to grasp the main line of transformation and upgrade, to adjust the industrial structure, and to change the mode of development. Deepening the standardization construction of the company's existing three teams, enhancing the sense of crisis and urgency in the market competition, further developing the activities of increasing production and saving, increasing revenue and cutting expenditure, setting up the idea of tightening up the days, and taking market expansion as the leading factor. Taking innovation management as the root, technology development as the core, corporate culture as the soul, seizing any possible development opportunity, basing on reality and taking the initiative as the initiative, we can realize the sustained and rapid growth of Jilin Jiehui Architecture and Decoration Co., Ltd. And sustainable development. Finally, through a comprehensive analysis, Jilin Jiexiu Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd. will take the cost leading strategy as the basis, establish the image of the company's unique brand, products and services, and set up strategic partners as the support. Thus in the market to find their own place, so that the company to develop more powerful.
