【摘要】：本文對(duì)蒙古國(guó)電影九十多年來(lái)歷史性發(fā)展的政策,從社會(huì)和文化事件以及影響這些事件的外部及內(nèi)在因素按時(shí)間順序進(jìn)行分析。在研究過(guò)程中,對(duì)三個(gè)客觀相互關(guān)聯(lián)的問(wèn)題(電影生產(chǎn)、電影放映和電影藝術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)在人力資源方面的政策)做了調(diào)查。調(diào)查依據(jù)是文化政策主管部門(mén)在三個(gè)不同歷史時(shí)期所做的決策及其證明文件。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the historical development of Mongolian film in the past 90 years and analyzes the social and cultural events as well as the external and internal factors that influence these events in chronological order. In the course of the research, three objectively interrelated problems (film production, film projection and the human resource policy of film art talent training) were investigated. The investigation is based on the decisions made by the cultural policy authorities in three different historical periods and their supporting documents.
