【摘要】：透過(guò)圖書(shū)館實(shí)施免費(fèi)服務(wù)的具體實(shí)踐,就圖書(shū)館實(shí)施免費(fèi)服務(wù)中存在的問(wèn)題和困境提出了多種途徑解決人力資源、多種方式獲得財(cái)力資源、多舉措發(fā)揮社會(huì)資源作用的解決措施與可持續(xù)發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:Through the concrete practice of implementing the free service in the library, this paper puts forward various ways to solve the problems and difficulties in the implementation of the free service in the library, and various ways to obtain the financial resources. Many measures to play the role of social resources and sustainable development measures.
