【摘要】：國家的大小與其經(jīng)濟表現(xiàn)和地位有很大的不同,因而國際社會對大國比小國更有興趣。衡量國家大小的主要標(biāo)志是人口,它包括人口數(shù)量和密度,但地理面積的大小也很重要,它與自然資源的數(shù)量和種類相聯(lián)系。根據(jù)不同樣本國家的實證分析,表明一個國家的人口越多,對外貿(mào)易在國家的GDP中所占的份額越低。規(guī)模經(jīng)濟普遍被認為是大國外貿(mào)比例低的主要原因,大國具有龐大的市場,使許多行業(yè)可以享有規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的好處。在充滿國際貿(mào)易制約的社會里,大國取得規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的成功比小國容易,相對而言,大國的資本和人力資源投入效率更高。在收入分配方面,大國比小國的地區(qū)差異更大。雖然經(jīng)濟與國家規(guī)模的直接聯(lián)系很小,但國家規(guī)模確實對經(jīng)濟有影響,包括對經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟表現(xiàn)的影響。
[Abstract]:The size of a country is very different from its economic performance and status, so the international community is more interested in big than small. The main measure of the size of a country is population, which includes the number and density of population, but the size of geographical area is also important, which is related to the quantity and variety of natural resources. According to the empirical analysis of different sample countries, it shows that the larger the population of a country, the lower the share of foreign trade in national GDP. Scale economy is generally considered to be the main reason for the low proportion of large countries' foreign trade. Large countries have a huge market, so many industries can enjoy the benefits of scale economy. In a society full of international trade constraints, it is easier for big countries to succeed in economies of scale than for small countries. In contrast, large countries are more efficient in capital and human resources investment. In terms of income distribution, regional differences between large and small countries are greater. Although the direct link between the economy and the size of the country is very small, the size of the country does have an impact on the economy, including on the structure and performance of the economy.
