【摘要】:企業(yè)文化是由企業(yè)的核心價(jià)值觀所引領(lǐng),通過企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中管理者和員工的具體行為體現(xiàn)出的帶有企業(yè)明顯特征的組織現(xiàn)象。在日常管理實(shí)踐過程中,企業(yè)文化不斷發(fā)展并得到全體員工認(rèn)可和執(zhí)行,主要體現(xiàn)在帶有企業(yè)鮮明特征的企業(yè)價(jià)值觀、企業(yè)精神、經(jīng)營原則、發(fā)展前景、經(jīng)營風(fēng)格和道德準(zhǔn)則等。對(duì)于現(xiàn)代企業(yè)而言,企業(yè)文化不僅可以提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部人員的向心力,更能提升企業(yè)在復(fù)雜的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。尤其對(duì)于銀行業(yè)而言,在深化銀行業(yè)改革這一背景之下,面臨全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的新挑戰(zhàn)和新機(jī)遇,銀行與銀行間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不僅存在于產(chǎn)品、營銷和管理方面,更重要的是企業(yè)的自身管理和銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。因此,銀行業(yè)企業(yè)必須不遺余力地做好企業(yè)文化建設(shè)工作,制定必要的行動(dòng)規(guī)劃和步驟,構(gòu)造企業(yè)精神,展示企業(yè)形象,將企業(yè)內(nèi)部與外部環(huán)境有機(jī)結(jié)合起來,努力打造符合企業(yè)實(shí)際的特色企業(yè)文化,服務(wù)于企業(yè)的發(fā)展和改革創(chuàng)新。九臺(tái)農(nóng)商銀行作為東北首家農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行,自2008年改制以來取得了跨越式的發(fā)展,企業(yè)品牌和形象得到了普遍認(rèn)可,但在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面還存在需要改進(jìn)的地方。本文第一部分從介紹選題的背景出發(fā),介紹企業(yè)文化研究的價(jià)值和意義、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究的框架思路,最后提出了本文研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處;第二部分對(duì)企業(yè)文化的概念、企業(yè)文化的功能和企業(yè)文化結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了由淺入深的介紹;第三部分詳細(xì)分析了九臺(tái)農(nóng)商銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)九臺(tái)農(nóng)商銀行基本情況及其企業(yè)文化建設(shè)四個(gè)層次進(jìn)行介紹;第四部分對(duì)九臺(tái)農(nóng)商銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)存在的主要問題及原因進(jìn)行分析,問題主要包括:員工對(duì)企業(yè)文化認(rèn)知度不高、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層缺乏科學(xué)的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)規(guī)劃、企業(yè)核心價(jià)值觀建設(shè)不夠深入、規(guī)章制度的執(zhí)行力度欠缺、員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制有待完善五個(gè)方面的問題,并對(duì)九臺(tái)農(nóng)商銀行企業(yè)文化存在問題的成因進(jìn)行了分析;最后,第五部分從五個(gè)方面提出完善九臺(tái)農(nóng)商行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的對(duì)策,包括:建立完善的企業(yè)文化理念傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制、建立科學(xué)規(guī)范的崗責(zé)體系、加大企業(yè)文化培訓(xùn)力度、加強(qiáng)人力資源管理和建立先進(jìn)人物引領(lǐng)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture is led by the core values of the enterprise. Through the concrete behavior of the managers and employees in the process of production and management, the enterprise culture embodies the obvious characteristics of the enterprise. In the daily management practice, the enterprise culture is constantly developed and all employees are recognized and implemented, mainly embodied in the distinctive characteristics of the enterprise. For modern enterprises, enterprise culture can not only improve the centripetal force of the internal personnel of the enterprise, but also enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises in the complex market environment. Especially for the banking industry, the banking sector is deepening the reform of the banking industry. Facing the new challenges and opportunities of global economic integration, the competition between banks and banks not only exists in the products, marketing and management, but also the competition between the management of the enterprises and the construction of the cultural construction of the banks. Therefore, the banking enterprises must spare no effort to do a good job in the construction of the enterprise culture and make it necessary. The action plan and steps, construct the enterprise spirit, display the enterprise image, combine the internal and external environment of the enterprise organically, strive to build the characteristic enterprise culture which conforms to the actual enterprise, serve the enterprise's development and reform and innovation. Nine agricultural commercial bank, the first agricultural village commercial bank in the northeast, has made great leap forward since the reform of the system in 2008. The development, brand and image of enterprise have been universally recognized, but there is still a place to improve in the construction of enterprise culture. The first part of this paper, starting from the background of introducing the topic, introduces the value and significance of the study of enterprise culture, the frame of thought of the research of enterprise culture construction, and finally puts forward the research method and innovation of this article; The two part introduces the concept of enterprise culture, the function of enterprise culture and the structure of enterprise culture. The third part analyzes the present situation of the construction of the enterprise culture of nine agro commercial banks in detail, introduces the basic situation of the nine agricultural commercial banks and the four levels of the enterprise culture construction, and the fourth part of the enterprises of the agro commercial banks. The main problems and causes of cultural construction are analyzed. The main problems are: not high awareness of employee culture, lack of scientific enterprise culture construction plan of leadership, lack of core value construction of enterprise, lack of enforcement of rules and regulations, five problems to be perfected by staff excitation mechanism, and nine units The causes of the existing problems of the corporate culture of the agricultural commercial bank are analyzed. Finally, the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the cultural construction of the nine agricultural and commercial enterprises from five aspects, including the establishment of a perfect transmission mechanism of the concept of enterprise culture, the establishment of a scientific and standardized post responsibility system, the strengthening of the training of enterprise culture, and the strengthening of the management and construction of human resources.
