【摘要】：筆者以企業(yè)人力資源規(guī)劃為主題,探討與其相關的特點與問題。從人力資源規(guī)劃的概念、作用、內(nèi)容對其進行了簡要概述;主要從符合企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略性、企業(yè)文化、個人發(fā)展三個方面對企業(yè)人力資源規(guī)劃的特點進行了說明;重點從規(guī)劃不清晰與目標不明確、制訂規(guī)劃方法差與效率低、人力資源控制較困難、準確性差及操作性不強方面分析了存在問題,并提出針對性策略。
[Abstract]:The author discusses the characteristics and problems related to the enterprise human resource planning. In this paper, the concept, function and content of human resource planning are briefly summarized, and the characteristics of enterprise human resource planning are explained from three aspects: enterprise strategy, enterprise culture and personal development. The existing problems are analyzed from the aspects of unclear planning and unclear objectives, poor planning methods and low efficiency, difficult control of human resources, poor accuracy and low maneuverability, and the corresponding strategies are put forward.
