【摘要】：人力資源規(guī)劃是人力資源管理的重要組成部分,其具體內(nèi)容是將企業(yè)人力資源的各個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)以及各個(gè)組成單位協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一起來,與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理念相適應(yīng)。而隨著當(dāng)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,人們生活水平日益提高,社會市場經(jīng)濟(jì)也在迅猛發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)所帶來的一體化進(jìn)程越來越強(qiáng)烈,不管是設(shè)備管理還是企業(yè)整體管理一體化性質(zhì)也越來越明顯,對人力資源規(guī)劃管理的要求也提出了一體化的內(nèi)容。基于此,本文對人力資源規(guī)劃的相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略地位進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:Human resource planning is an important part of human resource management. Its concrete content is to harmonize all the structures and components of human resources and adapt to the strategic concept of the enterprise. With the continuous progress of modern science and technology, people's living standards are improving day by day, the social market economy is also developing rapidly, and the integration process brought by science and technology is becoming more and more intense. The integrated nature of equipment management and enterprise management is becoming more and more obvious, and the requirement of human resource planning management has also put forward the content of integration. Based on this, this paper discusses the strategic position of human resource planning.
