【摘要】：企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),其實(shí)質(zhì)是企業(yè)人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而人力資源是存在到個(gè)體的經(jīng)濟(jì)資源,作為企業(yè)中最活躍的因素,也是作為一個(gè)企業(yè)的未來(lái)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),每個(gè)企業(yè)的人力資源發(fā)展軌跡都不相同,所以如何在現(xiàn)實(shí)中,因勢(shì)利導(dǎo)的引導(dǎo)企業(yè)青年將是一個(gè)難題,而且青年人力資源是一個(gè)企業(yè)人力資源的主體,其開(kāi)發(fā)潛能巨大,是一個(gè)企業(yè)今后良性發(fā)展的重要因素之一,所以如何完善人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)和利用的機(jī)制,以及培養(yǎng)、扶持、培訓(xùn)、教育等問(wèn)題,對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)是至關(guān)重要的。
[Abstract]:The essence of enterprise competition is the competition of enterprise talents, and human resource is the economic resource that exists to the individual, as the most active factor in the enterprise, it is also the foundation of the future development of an enterprise. Each enterprise's human resource development track is different, so how to guide the enterprise youth according to the situation will be a difficult problem, and the youth human resource is the main body of the enterprise human resource, its development potential is huge. It is one of the important factors for the healthy development of an enterprise in the future, so how to perfect the mechanism of the development and utilization of human resources, as well as the problems of cultivation, support, training, education and so on, is very important for an enterprise.
