【摘要】：習(xí)近平金融思想形成于決戰(zhàn)決勝全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的歷史階段,在十九大報(bào)告中得到了新發(fā)展。習(xí)近平金融思想更深刻闡明了金融在社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)尤其是在建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中的重要地位和作用,闡明了金融服務(wù)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融良性循環(huán)的宗旨和要求,闡明了防控金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、堅(jiān)守不發(fā)生系統(tǒng)性金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的底線和路徑,闡明了深化金融體制改革、完善現(xiàn)代化金融的戰(zhàn)略部署等,發(fā)展了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義金融理論,對(duì)新時(shí)代的中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)金融發(fā)展和改革有著重大的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:19th CPC National Congress's financial thought was formed in the historical stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and developed in 19th CPC National Congress's report. Xi Jinping's financial thoughts have further expounded the important position and role of finance in the socialist market economy, especially in the construction of a modern economic system, and expounded the purpose and requirements of financial services to the real economy and to promoting a virtuous cycle of economy and finance. This paper expounds the prevention and control of financial risks, adheres to the bottom line and path of non-occurrence of systemic financial risks, clarifies the deepening of the reform of the financial system, the improvement of the strategic arrangements of modern finance, and develops the theory of socialist finance with Chinese characteristics. It is of great guiding significance to the development and reform of socialist economy and finance with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
