【摘要】：本文主要從管理開發(fā)的角度,在自我實(shí)現(xiàn)人假設(shè)下探討組織中的管理者在人力資源開發(fā)方面的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。梳理了自我實(shí)現(xiàn)人假設(shè)的提出與發(fā)展,總結(jié)了自我實(shí)現(xiàn)人假設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容。人力資源是組織的第一資源,闡釋了組織中人力資源開發(fā)的重要價(jià)值。從管理者的角度出發(fā)剖析了組織中人力資源開發(fā)存在的主要問題。在自我實(shí)現(xiàn)人假設(shè)下,針對(duì)組織中人力資源開發(fā)存在的問題,提出了促進(jìn)人力資源開發(fā)的優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of management development, this paper discusses the related contents of human resource development of managers in the organization under the assumption of self-actualization. This paper summarizes the main contents of self-actualization hypothesis. Human resource is the first resource of organization, which explains the important value of human resource development in organization. This paper analyzes the main problems in the development of human resources in the organization from the perspective of managers. Based on the assumption of self-actualization, this paper puts forward an optimization strategy to promote the development of human resources in order to solve the problems in the development of human resources in the organization.
