【摘要】：目的:了解重慶市中藥師人力資源的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,為有關(guān)部門制定中藥師發(fā)展規(guī)劃、促進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。方法:通過重慶市衛(wèi)生和計劃生育委員會下發(fā)調(diào)查表,對重慶市醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)中醫(yī)藥人員的崗位分布、學(xué)歷、職稱和進(jìn)修等情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:調(diào)查表由各區(qū)縣衛(wèi)生局匯總上報,有效回收率為100%。全市中醫(yī)藥從業(yè)者共19 713人,其中中藥師1 739人,占比8.8%。中藥師中研究生學(xué)歷僅占1.7%,高學(xué)歷的中藥師比例偏低;中藥師的專業(yè)職稱中初級占59.5%,高級職稱僅占4.7%,專業(yè)職稱普遍較低;中藥師進(jìn)修比例僅3.2%。不同經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域的中藥師在年齡、從事中藥工作的時間、最高學(xué)歷、專業(yè)職稱、崗位性質(zhì)、進(jìn)修方面比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。"一小時經(jīng)濟(jì)圈"的中藥師隊(duì)伍相對其他兩個地區(qū)的文化水平較高,且中高級職稱者比例較高。結(jié)論:重慶市中藥師仍較缺乏,中高級職稱人員偏少,學(xué)歷偏低,進(jìn)修率低。為更好地推動中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)發(fā)展,未來需要加強(qiáng)中醫(yī)藥青年人才培養(yǎng)和引進(jìn),對中藥師加強(qiáng)繼續(xù)教育、定期進(jìn)行規(guī)范化培訓(xùn),提升其編制和職稱方面的待遇,并注意平衡各經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域中藥師人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the present situation and existing problems of human resources of TCM pharmacists in Chongqing, and to provide the basis for the relevant departments to formulate the development plan of TCM pharmacists and promote the healthy and sustainable development of TCM. Methods: through the questionnaire issued by Chongqing Health and Family Planning Commission, the post distribution, educational background, professional title and further education of TCM personnel in Chongqing medical and health institutions were investigated. Results: the questionnaire was reported by district and county health bureau, and the effective recovery rate was 100. There are 19 713 Chinese medicine practitioners in the city, including 1 739 Chinese pharmacists, accounting for 8. 8%. The proportion of Chinese pharmacists with higher academic qualifications was lower than that of Chinese pharmacists whose professional titles were 59.5, 4.7and 3.2respectively. The differences between Chinese pharmacists in different economic regions in terms of age, time to work in traditional Chinese medicine, the highest educational background, professional title, job nature, and further education are all statistically significant. " The Chinese pharmacists in the one hour economic circle have higher cultural level and higher proportion of middle and senior titles than the other two regions. Conclusion: there is still a shortage of pharmacists in Chongqing, few middle and senior professional titles, low academic qualifications and low rate of further education. In order to better promote the development of Chinese medicine, it is necessary to strengthen the training and introduction of young talents in Chinese medicine in the future, to strengthen the continuing education of Chinese pharmacists, to conduct regular standardized training, and to enhance the treatment in terms of their establishment and professional titles. And pay attention to balancing the training of pharmacists in various economic regions.
