【摘要】：以人為本的管理理念是人力資源管理的核心內(nèi)容。在建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的過程中,需要樹立以人為本的管理理念,并將這一理念運用到人才的引進、調(diào)動、晉升、激勵等機制中。新的世紀是人才競爭的時代,基于此,針對人力資源管理中以人為本的理念展開研究,并提出有效的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:Human-oriented management concept is the core content of human resource management.In the process of establishing modern enterprise system, it is necessary to set up a people-oriented management concept, and apply this idea to the mechanism of talent introduction, transfer, promotion, incentive and so on.The new century is the era of talent competition. Based on this, this paper studies the concept of human resource management, and puts forward effective opinions and suggestions.
