航空公司票證結(jié)算配比系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:航空公司的票證結(jié)算配比工作主要包括航班人數(shù)配比、旅客類型配比、貨郵重量配比、民航發(fā)展基金賬單配比等幾方面的內(nèi)容。財(cái)務(wù)部門需要完成離港系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)、航班飛行任務(wù)書數(shù)據(jù)、財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)算系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的配比,通過配比發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)之間的差異并查找原因。票證結(jié)算配比工作在監(jiān)控票證收入、避免損失等方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用。目前航空公司票證結(jié)算配比工作基本由手工完成,因?yàn)閿?shù)據(jù)量較大,每月需配比的數(shù)據(jù)可達(dá)數(shù)十萬條,占用了大量的人力資源,而且容易出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)。利用信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行票證結(jié)算配比工作可以有效的規(guī)避差錯(cuò),提高工作效率,減少人力資源投入。本文對(duì)航空公司票證結(jié)算配比系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目背景進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的闡述,分析討論系統(tǒng)開發(fā)需要解決的主要問題,完成項(xiàng)目需求分析工作。然后,在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文完成票證結(jié)算配比系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)工作。本文提出系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法與目標(biāo),完成系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu)、安全體系架構(gòu)和功能架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)工作。為了方便運(yùn)維管理,本系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu),只在服務(wù)器端部署應(yīng)用與數(shù)據(jù)庫,用戶通過客戶端瀏覽器訪問系統(tǒng)。在安全體系架構(gòu)方面,本文主要討論了系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和訪問安全策略。在功能架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方面,論文主要闡述了系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊的組成情況。下一步本文闡述了航空公司票證結(jié)算配比系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)采用模塊化開發(fā)的方法,對(duì)每一個(gè)模塊的開發(fā)都按照開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)、功能測(cè)試、系統(tǒng)集成、聯(lián)調(diào)測(cè)試的順序進(jìn)行,并著重對(duì)民航發(fā)展基金賬單數(shù)據(jù)配比模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,給出了模塊的最終效果圖。航空公司票證結(jié)算配比系統(tǒng)完成并上線后,能夠較好的實(shí)現(xiàn)各類數(shù)據(jù)的自動(dòng)配比與人工審核功能,與傳統(tǒng)工作模式相比,系統(tǒng)顯著地降低了人力消耗,提高了工作效率,減少了業(yè)務(wù)差錯(cuò),簡(jiǎn)化了統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢,在功能方面達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目標(biāo),很好地滿足了業(yè)務(wù)的需求。最后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行情況的不足的地方進(jìn)行了分析討論,并提出改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:The ticket balance ratio of airline mainly includes the proportion of the number of flights, the proportion of passenger type, the weight ratio of cargo and mail, the proportion of civil aviation development fund bill, and so on.The financial department needs to complete the matching of departure system data flight flight task data financial settlement system data and other related data. Through the matching the differences between the data and find out the reasons.Ticket settlement matching work plays an important role in monitoring ticket income and avoiding loss.At present, airline ticket and settlement matching work is basically completed by hand, because of the large amount of data, hundreds of thousands of data need to be matched each month, which takes up a large number of human resources, and is prone to errors.Making use of information system can effectively avoid errors, improve work efficiency and reduce human resource investment.In this paper, the project background of airline ticket settlement matching system is systematically expounded, the main problems that need to be solved in system development are analyzed and discussed, and the project requirement analysis is completed.Then, on the basis of demand analysis, this paper completes the design of ticket settlement matching system architecture.This paper presents the design method and goal of the system, and completes the design of the system technical architecture, security architecture and functional architecture.In order to facilitate the operation and maintenance management, the system adopts the B / S architecture, which only deploys the application and database on the server side, and users access the system through the client browser.In the aspect of security architecture, this paper mainly discusses the network topology and access security policy of the system.In the aspect of functional architecture design, the composition of each function module of the system is discussed in this paper.The next step of this paper is to elaborate the detailed design and implementation of the airline ticket settlement matching system. The system adopts the method of modular development, and the development of each module is based on the development design, function testing, system integration,The order of the test is carried out, and the realization of the data matching module of the Civil Aviation Development Fund bill is described in detail, and the final effect diagram of the module is given.After the airline ticket settlement matching system is completed and online, the automatic matching and manual checking function of all kinds of data can be realized better. Compared with the traditional working mode, the system significantly reduces the manpower consumption and improves the working efficiency.It reduces the business error, simplifies the statistical query, achieves the expected goal in the function aspect, and satisfies the business demand well.Finally, the shortcomings of the system operation are analyzed and discussed, and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
