【摘要】：本文利用泰爾指數(shù),研究我國東中西部地區(qū)衛(wèi)生資源配置的公平性。結果顯示,我國衛(wèi)生資源配置不公平仍然存在,其中人力資源配置不公平現(xiàn)象明顯;地區(qū)之間和地區(qū)內部不公平程度有差異,東部地區(qū)不公平程度明顯。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the fairness of the allocation of health resources in the east, west and west regions of China by using the Tyr index. The results show that the unfairness of the allocation of health resources still exists in China, and the phenomenon of unfair allocation of human resources is obvious. There are differences in the degree of inequity between regions and within regions, while the degree of inequity in eastern regions is obvious.
