【摘要】：目的分析2010-2015年貴州省衛(wèi)生資源配置現(xiàn)狀及變化趨勢,為衛(wèi)生資源優(yōu)化配置提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法運用描述性研究,采用泰爾指數(shù)、基尼系數(shù)評價衛(wèi)生資源配置公平程度。結(jié)果 2010-2015年貴州省每千人口床位數(shù)、衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人員數(shù)、執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)師數(shù)及注冊護士數(shù)總體呈上升趨勢,醫(yī)護比逐年增加;機構(gòu)床位及衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人員等衛(wèi)生資源按人口配置的基尼系數(shù)總體小于0.2,公平性較好,執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)師及注冊護士人力資源按面積配置的基尼系數(shù)為0.2~0.3,處于比較公平狀態(tài);泰爾指數(shù)也呈逐年降低趨勢,總體上地區(qū)內(nèi)的差異對總泰爾指數(shù)的貢獻(xiàn)率較大。結(jié)論近年貴州省衛(wèi)生資源總量逐年增加,衛(wèi)生資源分布存在地區(qū)差異,各類衛(wèi)生資源按人口配置的公平性優(yōu)于按面積配置的公平性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the status and trend of the allocation of health resources in Guizhou province for 2010-2015 years, to provide scientific basis for optimizing the allocation of health resources. By using the method of descriptive research, using Theil index to evaluate the degree of health resource allocation fairness Gini coefficient. The result of 2010-2015 years of Guizhou Province, the number of beds per thousand population, the number of health professionals, practicing physician number and the number of registered nurses the overall upward trend, the medical ratio increased year by year; health resources and health technical personnel beds etc. according to the population distribution and the Gini coefficient is less than 0.2, fairness, practicing physicians and registered nurses human resources allocation area by the Gini coefficient is 0.2~0.3, in a relatively fair state; Theil index also decreased year by year, overall on the regional differences of the total contribution rate of Theil index is larger. The total conclusion in recent years, the health resources of Guizhou province increased year by year, health resources There are regional differences in cloth, and the fairness of all kinds of health resources according to the population distribution is better than the equity allocation according to the area.
