基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的企業(yè)人力資源決策系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:人力資源的管理及開發(fā)已成為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的核心內(nèi)容之一,從最初僅能作為人力資源業(yè)務(wù)管理中的輔助工具,到后來可以開發(fā)出模塊間相對(duì)獨(dú)立而且功能完善的各個(gè)人事事務(wù)處理子系統(tǒng),再到實(shí)現(xiàn)各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的集成,形成比較完整的一套人力資源信息管理系統(tǒng)。近年來,隨著數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)開始重視通過計(jì)算機(jī)信息系統(tǒng)的輔助來管理經(jīng)營(yíng)中各項(xiàng)決策活動(dòng)的完成。國(guó)內(nèi)外許多研究機(jī)構(gòu)和企業(yè)都相繼開展了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)和決策支持系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用研究,并將數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和分析應(yīng)用到人力資源管理的決策上。本文首先介紹了人力資源管理系統(tǒng)和決策支持系統(tǒng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,以及數(shù)據(jù)決策分析在現(xiàn)有人力資源系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,提出了應(yīng)用C4.5決策樹算法實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的企業(yè)人力資源決策分析的解決方案,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的企業(yè)人力資源決策系統(tǒng),主要包括業(yè)務(wù)管理、數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)、決策分析報(bào)表等模塊。人力資源業(yè)務(wù)管理功能模塊,為人力資源管理業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,為人力資源數(shù)據(jù)積累提供主要渠道;人力資源狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的維護(hù)、自動(dòng)生成功能,為數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、決策分析提供數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);構(gòu)建人力資源決策分析報(bào)表平臺(tái),進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)類、專業(yè)類、效率效能類三個(gè)層級(jí)多個(gè)維度的決策分析;系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用C4.5決策樹算法,構(gòu)建人力資源決策樹,挖掘數(shù)據(jù)間隱含的邏輯關(guān)系,以及通過WEB數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析,為決策者提供有效的預(yù)警信息和決策支持。本系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,可以更有效支持人力資源管理業(yè)務(wù)信息化、數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)范化,決策分析智能化,優(yōu)化人力資源業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高人力資源管理業(yè)務(wù)效率,構(gòu)建人力資源數(shù)據(jù)中心,并通過對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的挖掘分析,讓數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)生價(jià)值,為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)提供更有效勢(shì)的決策支持,推動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Development and management of human resources has become one of the core content of the enterprise management, from the original only as a tool of human resource management in business, then can develop the module is relatively independent and perfect function of all the personnel affairs processing subsystem, to realize the integration of subsystems, formed a relatively complete set of human resources information management system. In recent years, with the rapid development of data mining technology, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the management of business activities through computer aided decision information system is completed. Many domestic and foreign research institutions and enterprises have carried out the research and application of data mining technology and decision support system, and data mining and analysis applied to the human resource management decision. This paper describes the human resource management system and decision support system The research status at home and abroad, as well as data in decision analysis the current situation of human resources system, put forward the solution analysis of enterprise human resources decision to realize human resources data mining using C4.5 decision tree algorithm, the design and implementation of human resources decision system of enterprise based on data mining, including business management, data maintenance, decision analysis report module. Human resource management module, human resources management and business information, standardization, provides the main channel for human resource data accumulation; maintenance of human resources of state data, automatic generation, data mining, data analysis and decision criteria; build human resources decision analysis report platform based. Professional analysis, the efficiency of class three level multi dimension decision; decision tree algorithm using C4.5 system, the construction of human resource The decision tree, the logical relationship between the data mining and analysis by implicit, WEB data mining, provide effective early warning information and decision support for decision-makers. The application of this system can effectively support human resources management informationization, data standardization, intelligent decision analysis and optimization of human resources business process, improve human resources the construction of human resource management business efficiency, data center, and analyze data to get the data to generate value, provide more effective decision support for business potential, to promote the development of the enterprise.
