【摘要】：21世紀(jì)的競爭歸根到底是人才的競爭,推動教育與人力資源開發(fā)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是當(dāng)前各國關(guān)注的焦點。筆者從當(dāng)前我國教育與人力資源開發(fā)存在的問題出發(fā),有針對性地提出"完善培訓(xùn)制度""推進多樣化辦學(xué)""創(chuàng)建國家創(chuàng)新體系""創(chuàng)建教育與人力資源審議決議機構(gòu)"和"推行地方統(tǒng)籌體制"的策略,以期為相關(guān)研究提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the competition is the competition of talents, and it is the focus of all countries to promote the harmonious development of education and human resources. The author proceeds from the problems existing in the development of education and human resources in our country. The strategies of "perfecting training system", "promoting diversified running schools," "establishing national innovation system," "establishing educational and human resources deliberative resolution bodies" and "implementing local overall planning system" are put forward in order to provide reference for relevant research.
