【摘要】：現(xiàn)代人力資源管理理論自上世紀(jì)八十年代初的改革開放引入中國,至今已有三十多年,該理論在企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理中的地位越來越重要。當(dāng)我國企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理者在積極地運(yùn)用國外的管理理論和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的時候,外國管理者也在汲取中國幾千年來的智慧和文明。中國兩千多年勵精圖治的政治文明就是關(guān)于古代人事管理思想的真實(shí)寫照。本文基于現(xiàn)代人力資源管理理論的視角,分析中國古代人事管理思想的基本原則,研究其對現(xiàn)代人力資源管理的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Modern human resource management theory has been introduced into China since -20s, and it has been more than 30 years. This theory is becoming more and more important in the management of enterprises. When the managers of enterprises in our country are actively applying the management theory and practical experience of foreign countries, Foreign managers are also learning from the wisdom and civilization of China for thousands of years. China's political civilization of more than 2,000 years is a true portrayal of ancient personnel management ideas. This paper is based on the perspective of modern human resources management theory. This paper analyzes the basic principles of ancient Chinese personnel management and studies its reference to modern human resource management.
