【摘要】:不斷壯大的中產(chǎn)階層,成為了我國社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)和市場(chǎng)消費(fèi)的主體,在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩的大環(huán)境下,縮小中產(chǎn)階層的職業(yè)性別隔離,能夠有效優(yōu)化人力資源配置。未來我國應(yīng)當(dāng)縮小中產(chǎn)階層的職業(yè)性別差異,促進(jìn)中產(chǎn)階層人力資本的合理流動(dòng),發(fā)揮中產(chǎn)階層作為市場(chǎng)消費(fèi)主體對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的驅(qū)動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:The growing middle class has become the main body of social structure and market consumption in our country. In the current environment of slowing economic growth, the occupational gender segregation of the middle class has been reduced. In the future, our country should reduce the occupational gender difference of middle class, promote the reasonable flow of human capital of middle class, and give play to the driving effect of middle class as the main body of market consumption to the economy.
