【摘要】:對治療干預(yù)評分系統(tǒng)在我國綜合性醫(yī)院護理人力資源配置中的應(yīng)用進行綜述,提出在使用中需結(jié)合我國國情進一步調(diào)整完善,使其能夠更準(zhǔn)確地測量護理工作量,使護理人力資源的配置更合理、高效。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the application of therapeutic intervention scoring system in the allocation of nursing human resources in general hospitals of our country, and points out that further adjustment and perfection should be made in combination with the situation of our country, so that the workload of nursing can be measured more accurately. The allocation of nursing human resources is more reasonable and efficient.
