【摘要】：就業(yè)問(wèn)題是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的一個(gè)核心問(wèn)題,備受社會(huì)關(guān)注。解決我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)勞動(dòng)就業(yè)市場(chǎng)的供求結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾,需要多方努力,更得假以時(shí)日。為了順利實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)的目標(biāo),必須加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,使發(fā)展主要依靠科技進(jìn)步、勞動(dòng)者素質(zhì)提高、管理創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)變。要著力推動(dòng)就業(yè)方式轉(zhuǎn)變,加強(qiáng)人力資源開(kāi)發(fā),大力推行職業(yè)培訓(xùn)和創(chuàng)業(yè)培訓(xùn),通過(guò)全面提升勞動(dòng)者職業(yè)素質(zhì)和就業(yè)能力,擴(kuò)大就業(yè),提高就業(yè)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Employment is a core issue in the economic and social development, which is of great concern to the society. To solve the structural contradiction between supply and demand in China's labor market for a long time, it is necessary to make every effort to achieve the goal of employment over time. We must speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development so that development mainly depends on the progress of science and technology, the improvement of the quality of workers, and the transformation of management innovation. Efforts should be made to promote the transformation of the mode of employment, strengthen the development of human resources, and vigorously promote vocational training and entrepreneurial training. By comprehensively improving the quality and ability of employment, expanding employment and improving the quality of employment.
