【摘要】：正由于戰(zhàn)略定位、管理制度和企業(yè)文化等差異,其他企業(yè)的定編情況未必適合本企業(yè)。因此,行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)可借鑒不可照搬。企業(yè)定編定員是人力資源管理的基礎性工作,定編定員是否合理,將直接影響企業(yè)組織設計、人員招聘、薪酬發(fā)放和績效考核等工作。本文結合咨詢經(jīng)驗,重點探討企業(yè)定編定員的幾個基本問題。關于定編定員,首先要說一下二者的區(qū)別和聯(lián)系,有很多人認為定編定員是一回事。也有另一派觀點認為,定編定員是完全不同的兩
[Abstract]:Because of the differences of strategic orientation, management system and corporate culture, the arrangement of other enterprises may not be suitable for their own enterprises. Therefore, the industry data can not be copied. Whether the staff is reasonable or not will directly affect the organization design, personnel recruitment, salary payment and performance appraisal.
