AC公司華北地區(qū)人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀分析及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的今天,人力資源對(duì)于整個(gè)社會(huì)來說,都起著不言而喻的作用。對(duì)每個(gè)企業(yè)來說,其重要性也越來越明顯,很多企業(yè)都認(rèn)為,企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),歸根到底就是企業(yè)人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。比爾·蓋茨曾說:“如果把我們公司頂尖的20個(gè)人才挖走,那么我告訴你,微軟會(huì)變?yōu)橐患覠o足輕重的公司”。[1]人才的重要性,可見一斑。AC公司目前從事空氣壓縮機(jī)生產(chǎn)及相關(guān)服務(wù),企業(yè)在中國取得巨大成績的同時(shí),也正面臨日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),對(duì)企業(yè)來說,機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。AC公司人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀是:管理者對(duì)于人力資源的管理重視不夠,人力資源部門的地位較低,公司對(duì)人力資源缺乏整體規(guī)劃,沒有制定科學(xué)合理的人力資源管理制度,至今沒有形成系統(tǒng)的人力資源管理體系。從企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展來看,AC公司的人力資源管理已成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的制約因素,人力資源管理問題亟待解決。本文分析了AC公司目前在人力資源管理方面存在的問題,如:人力資源管理缺乏總體規(guī)劃、人力資源管理觀念陳舊、招聘培訓(xùn)工作不系統(tǒng)等。通過與員工在薪酬福利,績效管理等多個(gè)方面設(shè)計(jì)訪談,獲取了一手資料;再通過對(duì)資料的分析,剖析企業(yè)存在的人力資源管理問題得出,公司需要從人員招聘、培訓(xùn)教育、績效管理與薪酬管理等多方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn),最后形成一套完整有效的人力資源管理體系,才能徹底改善公司的人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀,克服人力資源管理上存在的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)公司質(zhì)的飛躍。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, human resources play a self-evident role for the whole society. For every enterprise, its importance is becoming more and more obvious. Many enterprises believe that competition among enterprises, In the end, it's the competition for enterprise talent. Bill Gates once said, "if you poach the top 20 of our company, then I'm telling you, Microsoft is going to be an insignificant company." [1] the importance of talent. As can be seen, AC Company is currently engaged in the production of air compressors and related services. While enterprises have made great achievements in China, they are also facing increasingly fierce market competition. For enterprises, The present situation of human resources management in AC Company is that the managers pay less attention to the management of human resources, the position of the human resources department is low, and the company lacks the overall plan of human resources. There is no scientific and reasonable human resource management system, no systematic human resource management system has been formed. From the long-term development of the enterprise, the human resource management of AC company has become the restricting factor of the enterprise development. The problems of human resource management in AC Company are analyzed in this paper, such as the lack of overall plan of human resource management, the outdated concept of human resource management, The recruitment and training work is not systematic and so on. Through designing interviews with employees in compensation and welfare, performance management and other aspects, we obtain first-hand information; then through the analysis of the data, we analyze the problems of human resources management in enterprises. The company needs to design and improve from many aspects such as personnel recruitment, training and education, performance management and salary management, and finally form a complete and effective human resources management system, in order to thoroughly improve the current situation of human resources management in the company. To overcome the problems in human resource management and achieve a qualitative leap in the company.
