【摘要】：正檢察人員分類管理改革是實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)檢察人員由傳統(tǒng)的人事管理到人力資源管理轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵舉措,是建設(shè)職業(yè)化專業(yè)化檢察隊(duì)伍的客觀需要。本文基于當(dāng)前檢察輔助人員管理制度中存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合我國(guó)多地試點(diǎn)的現(xiàn)狀和域外的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),為完善檢察輔助人員管理制度提供參考。一、我國(guó)檢察輔助人員的概述(一)概念流變從發(fā)展脈絡(luò)看,我國(guó)檢察人員分類管理制度改革的歷史可以分為三個(gè)階段,即改革籌備階段(1999年-2003年)、改革試點(diǎn)階段(2004年-2006年)和
