【摘要】：員工援助計劃也稱EAP計劃,實施員工援助計劃的主要目的是為了提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)營效率,促進員工健康發(fā)展。當前員工援助計劃在我國企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用越來越多,但是我國傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)管理模式已經(jīng)逐漸不能適應(yīng)當今社會發(fā)展的需求。論文主要介紹了員工援助計劃的經(jīng)驗,并對整體聯(lián)動式的企業(yè)社會工作模式進行了介紹,提出了聯(lián)動式企業(yè)社會工作模式應(yīng)用的策略。
[Abstract]:The employee Assistance Program, also known as the EAP Program, is designed to improve the efficiency of the business. To promote the healthy development of employees. At present, the application of employee assistance programs in Chinese enterprises is more and more. However, the traditional enterprise management model has been gradually unable to meet the needs of social development. The paper mainly introduces the experience of employee assistance plan, and introduces the corporate social work model of the overall linkage. Put forward the strategy of the application of the linkage enterprise social work model.
