【摘要】：正接劍橋、張弛在《教育理論與實(shí)踐》2017年第12期中撰文,對(duì)職業(yè)院校內(nèi)部治理能力提升的路徑問題進(jìn)行了全方面的探究,闡明了職業(yè)院校要健全治理機(jī)構(gòu)、創(chuàng)建符合職業(yè)教育特點(diǎn)的內(nèi)部治理機(jī)制并完善內(nèi)部運(yùn)行機(jī)制,由此提出了職業(yè)院校的改革路徑。職業(yè)院校采取怎樣的治理途徑直接關(guān)系到職業(yè)院校未來的發(fā)展。作者認(rèn)為,健全治理結(jié)構(gòu),增強(qiáng)內(nèi)部治理能力是新形勢的要求;創(chuàng)建符合職業(yè)教育特點(diǎn)的治理機(jī)制是提高職業(yè)院校內(nèi)部治理能力的
[Abstract]:Directly connected with Cambridge, Zhang Chi wrote in the 12th issue of Education Theory and practice in 2017, and explored the path of improving the internal governance ability of vocational colleges in all aspects. This paper expounds that vocational colleges should perfect the governing mechanism, establish the internal governance mechanism in accordance with the characteristics of vocational education and perfect the internal operating mechanism. From this, the author puts forward the reform path of vocational colleges. What kind of governance approach vocational colleges take is directly related to the future development of vocational colleges. The author believes that the governance structure should be improved. Strengthening the ability of internal governance is the requirement of the new situation; To establish a governance mechanism that conforms to the characteristics of vocational education is to improve the internal governance ability of vocational colleges and universities.
