【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)也發(fā)生了深刻的變革。信息時代給我國的中小型企業(yè)帶來了機遇的同時也帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。信息技術(shù)作為高新技術(shù)手段,在很多領(lǐng)域已得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。在當前信息化技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的時代,各企業(yè)為適應(yīng)時代潮流,提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效率和管理質(zhì)量,進行現(xiàn)代信息化建設(shè),為企業(yè)的管理工作帶來新的手段,引起企業(yè)管理的新變革。信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展使傳統(tǒng)的管理理念受到?jīng)_擊,企業(yè)進行信息化建設(shè)是信息時代的必然要求。信息技術(shù)在企業(yè)管理領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用會引導(dǎo)企業(yè)管理的方式、方法的發(fā)展到一個新的階段,進而為企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益和綜合實力的提高提供可能。本文通過對國內(nèi)外信息化建設(shè)研究現(xiàn)狀的分析,結(jié)合企業(yè)信息化的內(nèi)涵、功能等相關(guān)理論,以XX企業(yè)為實例,對XX企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)提出了優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計。在研究過程中主要采用理論研究法和實證研究法相結(jié)合的研究方式。在理清XX企業(yè)的概況的基礎(chǔ)上,對XX企業(yè)信息發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析,提出存在的問題,分析造成這些問題的具體原因。在XX企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計中,在XX企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計中遵循整體規(guī)劃、分步實施的原則。將企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)任務(wù)分解為幾項工作內(nèi)容,形成信息化建設(shè)工作的框架圖,在實施中分步驟進行。對企業(yè)信息化內(nèi)涵的深入理解和企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)水平的全面分析、準確定位是XX企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)方案形成的基礎(chǔ)。XX企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)方案的總體目標是通過優(yōu)化信息系體系結(jié)構(gòu),形成企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息(intranet)和外部信息(internet)管理相結(jié)合,綜合了企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)管理、人力資源管理、辦公平臺管理、企業(yè)網(wǎng)站信息和微信平臺管理、電子商務(wù)平臺管理等集成、共享、協(xié)同的信息化管理平臺。為保障XX企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的順利實施,從四個方面提出保障措施。論文結(jié)尾對XX企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計成果進行總結(jié),目前XX企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)已經(jīng)有了明顯的效果,企業(yè)的整體信息化水平提高,帶來了相對應(yīng)的企業(yè)的知名度提高,企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)量越來越多。隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)還將繼續(xù)進行。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology, information technology has also undergone profound changes. The information age has brought opportunities and challenges to small and medium-sized enterprises in China. Information technology as a high-tech means. In the current era of rapid development of information technology, in order to adapt to the trend of the times, improve the economic efficiency and management quality of enterprises, carry on the modern information construction. It brings new means to the management of enterprises and causes new changes in the management of enterprises. The development of information technology impacts on the traditional management concepts. Enterprise information construction is the inevitable requirement of the information age. The application of information technology in the field of enterprise management will guide the way of enterprise management and the development of methods to a new stage. Through the analysis of the current situation of information construction at home and abroad, combined with the connotation of enterprise information, function and other related theories. Take XX enterprise as an example. To XX enterprise information construction proposed the optimized scheme design. In the research process mainly uses the theory research method and the demonstration research method unifies the research method. On the basis of the clear XX enterprise general situation. This paper analyzes the current situation of XX enterprise information development, puts forward the existing problems, and analyzes the specific causes of these problems. In XX enterprise informatization construction optimization scheme design follows the overall plan, step by step implementation principle, will enterprise information construction task decomposes into several work contents, forms the information construction work frame diagram. Step by step in the implementation of the enterprise informatization connotation of the in-depth understanding and enterprise information construction level of comprehensive analysis. Accurate positioning is the foundation of XX enterprise information construction program. The overall goal of XX enterprise information construction scheme is to optimize the information system structure. The combination of internal information management and external information management integrated business management, human resource management and office platform management. Enterprise website information and WeChat platform management, e-commerce platform management integration, sharing, collaborative information management platform. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of XX enterprise information construction. At the end of the paper, the author summarizes the design results of the optimized scheme of XX enterprise informatization construction. At present, the XX enterprise informatization construction has had obvious effect. With the development of the enterprise, the information construction of the enterprise will continue.
