【摘要】：在人力資源市場化的背景下,促進高職院校人才培養(yǎng)技能的多樣化、多元化是大勢所趨。當前,復合型人才培養(yǎng)模式面臨諸多問題,如生源基礎差、師資力量薄弱、企業(yè)參與度低、資金投入不足、專業(yè)導向培養(yǎng)模式造成學生的技能結構單一等。文章從教育實踐出發(fā),對高職復合型人才培養(yǎng)模式中的短板進行深入分析,提出夯實學生的知識基礎、強化教學水平、加大對高職院校投入等措施,以促進高職復合型人才培養(yǎng)模式的優(yōu)化與提升。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the marketization of human resources, it is the trend of the times to promote the diversification and diversification of talent training skills in higher vocational colleges. At present, the compound talent training model is facing many problems, such as the poor source of students. The teacher strength is weak, the enterprise participation is low, the fund investment is insufficient, the professional guidance training pattern causes the student's skill structure to be single. The article starts from the education practice. This paper makes a deep analysis of the short board in the training mode of compound talents in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some measures such as ramming the students' knowledge base, strengthening the teaching level, and increasing the investment in higher vocational colleges and so on. In order to promote the optimization and promotion of the compound talents training mode in higher vocational colleges.
