【摘要】:網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型是商業(yè)銀行根據(jù)市場和客戶的需求,以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、統(tǒng)一化轄內(nèi)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的服務(wù)營銷模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和客戶體驗(yàn)的一致性,以提高客戶滿意度和市場占有率的戰(zhàn)略選擇。近年來,隨著金融業(yè)開放、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展,國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行加快網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型的步伐,正逐步從網(wǎng)點(diǎn)外觀裝修、布局優(yōu)化等“硬轉(zhuǎn)型”轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)I(yè)化經(jīng)營、流程再造、轉(zhuǎn)變服務(wù)方式、經(jīng)營管理體制改革等“軟轉(zhuǎn)型”,極大地提高了網(wǎng)點(diǎn)經(jīng)營效率和市場競爭能力。農(nóng)村信用社必須順應(yīng)金融發(fā)展趨勢,加速傳統(tǒng)營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)型。本文基于企業(yè)管理相關(guān)理論,選取昌樂、棗莊、費(fèi)縣三家農(nóng)信社為案例,總結(jié)山東省農(nóng)信社網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型的模式與經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出對策建議。研究表明,目前山東農(nóng)信社網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型具有三種模式,一是物理渠道、營銷及考核機(jī)制轉(zhuǎn)型模式;二是流程銀行建設(shè)模式;三是社區(qū)銀行建設(shè)模式。主要面臨網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型思路創(chuàng)新不足、缺乏與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融平臺相結(jié)合、科技支撐薄弱、專業(yè)人才匱乏、人員素質(zhì)有待提高等問題。在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)金融形勢下,建議從更新理念、加快創(chuàng)新、突出特色、強(qiáng)化人力資源保障和科技支撐、協(xié)同矢進(jìn)形成工作合力、重視客戶體驗(yàn)和市場需求等方面著手,加快矢進(jìn)山東省農(nóng)信社網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:Network transformation is commercial banks according to the needs of the market and customers in order to standardize the unified service marketing model within the jurisdiction of the network to achieve service standardization and customer experience consistency. In recent years, with the opening of the financial industry, Internet technology development, domestic commercial banks to accelerate the pace of network transformation, is gradually from the point of external decoration. "hard transition" such as layout optimization has turned to "soft transition", such as specialized management, process reengineering, changing service mode and management system reform. Rural credit cooperatives must conform to the trend of financial development, accelerate the transformation of traditional business outlets. Based on the theory of enterprise management, this paper selects Changle, Zaozhuang. Three rural credit cooperatives in Fei County as a case, summed up the mode and experience of the transformation of rural credit cooperatives in Shandong Province, put forward countermeasures and suggestions. The study shows that the transformation of rural credit cooperatives in Shandong has three models, one is physical channels. Marketing and evaluation mechanism transformation model; Second, the construction mode of process bank; The third is the construction mode of community bank. It is mainly faced with lack of innovation of network transformation, lack of combination with Internet financial platform, weak support of science and technology, and lack of professionals. In the current economic and financial situation, it is suggested to renew the concept, speed up innovation, highlight characteristics, strengthen human resources security and scientific and technological support, and work together to form a concerted effort. Attach importance to customer experience and market needs, accelerate the transformation of rural credit cooperatives in Shandong Province.
