【摘要】：黨的十八大報告指出:就業(yè)是民生之本。高校畢業(yè)生作為高素質(zhì)的人才,他們的就業(yè)狀況決定著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、社會的進步,乃至國家的安危。基于我國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的現(xiàn)實背景,深度剖析高級專門人才作為核心生產(chǎn)要素在推進經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)升級中的關(guān)鍵作用,進而探討當前高校在人才培養(yǎng)方面存在的誤區(qū)和缺陷,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出高級專門人才培養(yǎng)應(yīng)與市場全面對接的觀點,并提出了推進大學(xué)改革的具體措施和建議。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18 National Congress of the CPC pointed out that employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. College graduates, as high-quality talents, their employment status determines the development of economy and the progress of society. Based on the realistic background of China's economic structural transformation and upgrading, this paper deeply analyzes the key role of senior specialized personnel as the core production factor in promoting the upgrading of economic structure. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the viewpoint that the cultivation of advanced specialized talents should be fully connected with the market, and puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions to promote the reform of universities.
