【摘要】：生產(chǎn)效率作為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營(yíng)的核心,關(guān)乎企業(yè)的命運(yùn),既是一個(gè)重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,又是一個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)界持續(xù)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。一個(gè)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率一般與其資源利用情況、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力強(qiáng)弱、生存環(huán)境狀況等因素密切相關(guān)。馬克思十分重視生產(chǎn)效率問(wèn)題的研究,形成了較為系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)效率思想。在新的歷史條件下重新梳理和深入研究這一思想,不僅對(duì)系統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí)和深刻理解馬克思的經(jīng)濟(jì)理論有著重要意義,對(duì)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革背景下我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)的改革與發(fā)展也具有重大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。文章首先闡明生產(chǎn)效率問(wèn)題是企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的核心問(wèn)題。文章分別從要素配置狀況、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力標(biāo)示、外部生存環(huán)境優(yōu)化等三個(gè)方面,闡明生產(chǎn)效率的高低對(duì)于企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的重要影響,以突顯問(wèn)題意識(shí)。其次,闡述了馬克思解決生產(chǎn)效率問(wèn)題的基本思想和方法。馬克思面臨著由第一次科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)革命引致的生產(chǎn)效率問(wèn)題,他基于特定的歷史環(huán)境和條件,對(duì)資本主義企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入系統(tǒng)地研究與分析,在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)要素合理配置、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提高以及生存環(huán)境優(yōu)化等方面提出了一系列科學(xué)的思想和方法。最后,論述了馬克思生產(chǎn)效率思想對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)改革的重要啟示。在揭示當(dāng)前我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)所面臨的生產(chǎn)效率問(wèn)題的同時(shí),進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的原因分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上以馬克思生產(chǎn)效率思想為指導(dǎo),通過(guò)必要的語(yǔ)境置換和邏輯轉(zhuǎn)換,運(yùn)用其解決生產(chǎn)效率問(wèn)題的基本立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)與方法,提出了進(jìn)一步提高我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The production efficiency as the core of enterprise production and management, related to the fate of the enterprise, is an important issue, but also is a hot issue of sustained attention in academic circles. The production efficiency and the general situation of utilization of resources, an enterprise's competitiveness, survival environment and other factors are closely related. Marx attaches great importance to the research efficiency the problem of production, the production efficiency is formed the ideological system. In the new historical conditions to analysis and in-depth study of this idea, not only the system knowledge and deep understanding of Marx's economic theory is of great significance, but also has great practical significance to the reform and development of state-owned enterprises in China under the background of supply side structural reform the article first clarify. The production efficiency is the core problem of the survival and development of enterprises. This article from the allocation situation, the core competitiveness of mark, external survival Three aspects of environment optimization, clarify the important effect of the production efficiency for the survival and development of enterprises, in order to highlight the problem of consciousness. Secondly, expounds the basic ideas and methods to solve the efficiency problem of production. Marx Marx is faced with the problem of production efficiency by the first technological revolution and the industrial revolution caused by him, based on specific historical the environment and conditions of production efficiency of capitalist enterprises were systematically investigated and analyzed, the rational allocation of production factors, improving the core competitiveness and environment optimization and puts forward a series of scientific thoughts and methods. Finally, discusses the important enlightenment of Marx thought on the current production efficiency of China's state-owned enterprise reform. In revealing the production efficiency of Chinese state-owned enterprises are facing at the same time, analyzed the reasons, and on this basis to Ma Under the guidance of Kyth's thought of productive efficiency, we put forward the effective way to further improve the production efficiency of our state-owned enterprises by using the basic positions, viewpoints and methods of solving the problem of production efficiency through the necessary context replacement and logical transformation.
