【摘要】：如何可持續(xù)的發(fā)展是資源型城市面臨的重要問題,針對資源型城市發(fā)展面臨的一些瓶頸問題,如觀念落后,高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)對轉(zhuǎn)型貢獻(xiàn)不夠,輕視人力資源開發(fā)等,從高等學(xué)校的角度出發(fā),在培訓(xùn)主體、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量等方面,論述如何加強(qiáng)社會培訓(xùn),以期滿足資源型城市轉(zhuǎn)型對人才的需求。
[Abstract]:How to develop sustainably is an important problem faced by resource-based cities, aiming at some bottleneck problems faced by resource-based cities, such as backward concept, insufficient contribution of high-tech industries to the transformation. From the point of view of colleges and universities, this paper discusses how to strengthen social training in the aspects of training subject, training content, training quality and so on, in order to meet the needs of talents in the transformation of resource-based cities.
