【摘要】:隨著市場變化的加速以及日益激烈地競爭環(huán)境,越來越多的企業(yè)選擇將組織改造成為項目驅(qū)動型組織以提高自身的靈活性。項目驅(qū)動型組織能夠根據(jù)每個項目的自身特性,采用不同的管理方式,從而迎合不同業(yè)主和市場的需求。然而為了匹配不同項目的不同管理模式,組織需要利用更為合適的協(xié)調(diào)機制。一方面,靈活的協(xié)調(diào)機制可以在項目執(zhí)行過程中,對發(fā)生的未知因素作出快速的反應(yīng),從而提高項目管理的柔性。另一方面,機械化的協(xié)調(diào)方式能夠節(jié)省資源和時間,從而提高項目管理的效率。因此如何根據(jù)項目不同的特點,實施有效的項目協(xié)調(diào)機制,是項目管理的重點。本文在前人對協(xié)調(diào)理論和項目驅(qū)動型組織研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,并與項目驅(qū)動型組織的管理實踐相結(jié)合,探討項目驅(qū)動型組織協(xié)調(diào)機制的影響因素。通過對多個項目驅(qū)動型組織的深入研究,識別出影響協(xié)調(diào)機制的內(nèi)外部因素,并探討影響機理。本文對項目驅(qū)動型組織的協(xié)調(diào)機制的選擇具有理論和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the market changes and the increasingly fierce competitive environment, more and more enterprises will organize into project driven organization to improve its flexibility. Project driven organization according to each project's own characteristics, adopt different management methods, so as to cater to different owners and the demand of the market. However, in order to different management pattern matching different projects, organizations need to use more appropriate coordination mechanism. On the one hand, flexible coordination mechanism in the project implementation process, to respond quickly to the unknown factors, so as to improve the project management flexibility. On the other hand, coordination of mechanization can save time and resources, so as to improve the efficiency of the project so how to project management. According to the different characteristics of the implementation of effective project coordination mechanism is the key of project management. In this paper the co The basic organization theory and results driven adjustment project, and project driven organization management practice combined to investigate the factors affecting the project driven organization and coordination mechanism. Through in-depth research driven organization for multiple projects, identify the internal and external factors that influence the coordination mechanism, and discusses the influence mechanism. The theoretical and practical significance on the coordination mechanism of project driven organization choice.
