【摘要】：正以需求為導(dǎo)向、實(shí)用為重點(diǎn),規(guī)范化、制度化的人才發(fā)展機(jī)制,是澳大利亞人才制度中值得學(xué)習(xí)的。澳大利亞人口少、歷史短,卻是全球經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育和科技強(qiáng)國(guó)。澳大利亞許多科技領(lǐng)域全球領(lǐng)先,仿生耳、隱形眼鏡、青霉素、超聲波成像技術(shù)、飛行安全記錄儀(黑匣子)、無(wú)線局域網(wǎng)技術(shù)(WiFi)等一批在全球有重大影響的科技成果,均出自澳大利亞科學(xué)家之手,迄今為止已有14位科學(xué)家獲得過(guò)諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)。全國(guó)有42所大學(xué)和230余所�？萍夹g(shù)學(xué)院,學(xué)歷資格在世界各國(guó)廣受承認(rèn),其中5所大學(xué)2013-2014年世界大學(xué)排名前100位。
[Abstract]:The talent development mechanism, which is demand-oriented, practical, standardized and institutionalized, is worth learning in Australia's talent system. Australia has a small population and a short history, but it is the global economy. Education and technology powerhouse. Australia leads the world in many fields of science and technology, bionic ears, contact lenses, penicillin, ultrasonic imaging technology, flight safety recorder (black box). WLAN technology WiFi. and some of the world's most important scientific and technological achievements, are from the hands of Australian scientists. So far, 14 scientists have won the Nobel Prize. There are 42 universities and 230 technical colleges in China, and their academic qualifications are widely recognized in the world. Five of them ranked in the top 100 of the world universities in 2013-2014.
