隨著中國金融體制的改革和金融業(yè)的全面開放,各商業(yè)銀行之間的競爭更加激烈,而各商業(yè)銀行之間的競爭主要體現(xiàn)為人才的競爭。目前,,國有股份制商業(yè)銀行存在著人才流失的困境。本文剖析了人才流失對國有股份制商業(yè)銀行的影響,探析了影響國有股份制商業(yè)銀行人才流失的關(guān)鍵因素,并提出了國有股份制商業(yè)銀行加強人力資源管理的戰(zhàn)略選擇。
Abstract:
As China's financial system reform and the full liberalization of the financial industry, the competition between the commercial banks is more intense. But the competition between the commercial banks is mainly the talent competition. Currently, the state-owned joint-stock commercial banks faced the plight of talent turnover. This paper analysed the impact of talent turnover to the stated-owned joint-stock commercial banks, and dissected the key factor of the talent turnover. Finanlly, this paper put forword the strategic for the stated-owned joint-stock banks to enhance their human resources management.
