基于數據挖掘的需求分析研究

【摘要】:客戶關系管理軟件的興起 ,使數據挖掘等技術在市場、客戶分析預測方面得到了廣泛使用。可以利用企業(yè)產品歷年的銷售數據及調查結果 ,形成一個關于產品的數據倉庫 ,挖掘出客戶需求的規(guī)則和模式 ,并進行模糊推理 ,指導產品開發(fā)。在這個思路下開發(fā)出一個基于數據挖掘及模糊推理的需求分析模型。
[Abstract]:The rise of customer relationship management software has made the technology of data mining widely used in the market, customer analysis and prediction. We can use the sales data and investigation results of enterprise products over the years to form a data warehouse for products, dig out the rules and patterns of customer needs, and carry out fuzzy reasoning and guide the product development. A demand analysis model based on data mining and fuzzy inference is developed under this idea.
