建立有效的CRM解決方案研究

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)已使商業(yè)模式發(fā)生了巨大變化。更明顯的是 ,它改變了企業(yè)與客戶的合作方式。CRM系統(tǒng)正是充分利用以客戶為中心資源 ,拓展了全新的銷售方式、銷售渠道 ,是一個(gè)真正建立在“客戶準(zhǔn)則”之上的營(yíng)銷理念。通過(guò)對(duì)市場(chǎng)、客戶關(guān)系及對(duì)知識(shí)的挖掘 ,提高企業(yè)銷售水平和服務(wù)質(zhì)量及增加企業(yè)收入。
[Abstract]:E-commerce has made a great change in business model. More obviously, it has changed the way enterprises cooperate with customers. The CRM system is precisely to make full use of customer-centered resources and expand new sales methods and sales channels. Is a truly built on the "customer guidelines" on the marketing philosophy. Through the market, customer relations and knowledge mining, improve the level of corporate sales and service quality and increase corporate revenue.
