泰安煙草公司營銷與服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:煙草行業(yè)卷煙營銷與服務(wù)是以商流、物流、資金流、信息流“四流匯通”為目標(biāo),以數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為基礎(chǔ),以集成整合、協(xié)同共享為手段,運用一體化思想整合營銷信息資源,搭建信息集成、分層應(yīng)用的卷煙營銷管理系統(tǒng),滿足精確信息、精準(zhǔn)投放、精細(xì)管理的“精準(zhǔn)營銷”要求,實現(xiàn)從消費者到供應(yīng)商、從客戶關(guān)系管理到工商協(xié)同營銷、從市場引導(dǎo)到品牌培育的現(xiàn)代營銷策略管理。 泰安煙草卷煙營銷與服務(wù)系統(tǒng)是在煙草行業(yè)整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)下,以卷煙進(jìn)銷存為工作基礎(chǔ),以提升服務(wù)零售戶水平為宗旨,以提升市場化運作水平為工作目標(biāo),從卷煙訂單形成到流程審核,從物流配送到網(wǎng)上結(jié)算,實現(xiàn)了泰安煙草卷煙營銷工作的商流、物流、資金流、信息流的高度整合。有力支撐了泰安煙草的服務(wù)、市場、銷售、品牌等方面的管理,加速企業(yè)營銷與財務(wù)、配送等部門間的信息傳遞,進(jìn)而提升企業(yè)對客戶、市場的響應(yīng)速度。 本系統(tǒng)采用了J2EE三層體系架構(gòu)和三層B/S系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)組成了開發(fā)與部署平臺,采用了B/S模式,用戶工作界面是基于Internet Explorer的網(wǎng)頁瀏覽器,前端開發(fā)語言選擇JSP,后端數(shù)據(jù)庫采用ORACLE,采用UML用例圖描述了卷煙營銷業(yè)務(wù)需求,采用類設(shè)計的方式表示出各個模塊的數(shù)據(jù)表關(guān)系。對關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)流程采用活動圖、順序圖等給出了描述。 目前系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在泰安煙草運行,各項功能基本能滿足業(yè)務(wù)需求,達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果。實踐表明,泰安卷煙營銷與服務(wù)系統(tǒng)體現(xiàn)了煙草行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)特點,結(jié)合了泰安煙草具體工作個性需求,滿足了使用單位提升工作效率和創(chuàng)新管理的業(yè)務(wù)需求。
[Abstract]:Cigarette marketing and service in tobacco industry is aimed at commercial flow, logistics, capital flow, information flow "Four-stream Huitong", based on data standards and service standards, integrated and integrated, collaborative sharing as the means. By integrating marketing information resources, building information integration and applying cigarette marketing management system in different layers, the tobacco marketing management system can meet the requirements of accurate information, accurate delivery and fine management, and realize the "precision marketing" requirement from consumers to suppliers. From customer relationship management to industrial and commercial cooperative marketing, from market guidance to brand cultivation of modern marketing strategy management. Under the guidance of the overall development strategy of the tobacco industry, Taian Tobacco Marketing and Service system takes cigarette sales and storage as the working basis, promotes the level of service retailing as the purpose, and promotes the level of market-oriented operation as the working goal. From the formation of cigarette orders to process audit, from logistics distribution to online settlement, the high integration of commercial flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow of Taian tobacco marketing work has been realized. It can support the service, market, sales, brand management of Taian Tobacco, accelerate the information transmission between the departments of marketing, finance, distribution and so on, and then improve the response speed of the enterprise to the customer and the market. The system adopts J2EE three-tier architecture and three-tier B / S system structure to make up the development and deployment platform, adopts the B / S mode, the user interface is a web browser based on Internet Explorer, and the front-end development language selects JSP,. The back-end database uses ORACLE, to describe the demand of cigarette marketing business by using UML use case diagram, and uses class design to express the data table relation of each module. The key business processes are described by activity diagram and sequence diagram. At present, the system has been running in Tai'an Tobacco, the functions can basically meet the business requirements and achieve the desired results. The practice shows that the Taian cigarette marketing and service system embodies the characteristics of the tobacco industry and combines the specific needs of the individual work of Taian tobacco to meet the needs of the users to improve their working efficiency and innovative management.
